Worship

Worship is a big part of our life at Cathcart Trinity. We meet regularly to worship and bring praise to God, to pray to him and to learn through teaching.

We believe in providing an element of choice to everyone who worships at our church, an outline is given below and more details can be found on our Current Services page.

Sunday - Traditional Worship

For those who prefer the traditional style of worship a service is held at 10.00am on Sundays.

Sunday - Contemporary Worship

If you enjoy worship with a lively band and Praise Group, this service at 11.15am is more likely to be to your taste.  A half-hour break is aimed for between these two services so that everyone has an opportunity to meet together for tea and coffee and to enjoy some fellowship.

Sunday - Mix Worship

At times throughout the year, the whole congregation worships together at 10.30am.

Sunday - Sanctuary

On the first Sunday of the month we hold our Sanctuary service. This is a time for quiet reflection and prayers for healing. This takes place at 3pm in the Buchanan Hall and lasts for 45 minutes.

Sunday - Evening Worship

This informal service is held at 6.30pm each Sunday evening.

Thursday - Lunchtime Worship

This short popular service takes place on Thursdays from 12.45pm until 1.15pm in the Church Sanctuary. A light lunch of tea, coffee, sandwiches and biscuits is served beforehand at 12.00noon.
